Pottery Wheel workshop
Try your hand on the pottery wheel. This is a single 2 hour session on the wheel with step by step instructions on centering the clay, pulling the walls into a cylinder, bowl or unique creation of your own.

About the Event
The class session can last up to 2 hours though most people are done with time to spare. I will shoe you how to center your ball of clay on the wheel, shape it into a cylinder, or bowl, add the finishing touches and select the color glaze you want for your finished piece. Once your class is completed it will take 2 - 3 weeks to glaze and fire your project.
*We have 3 wheels and recommend no more than 6 people at a time for wheel classes.
*For wheel throwing classes, we recommend ages 10+ but younger children are welcome with an adult.
