Learn the age old craft of throwing on the wheel from start to finish. Small classes offer more one on one attention. Evening classes are Thursday at 5:30pm till 7:30pm, includes clay, tools ,use of the wheels, glaze and other studio materials.

About the Event
In this class, you will learn the basics of creating pottery on the wheel. You will learn how to wedge clay, center up to two pounds of clay on the wheel, create cylinders and bowls, and understand basic finishing techniques. At the end of the class you will leave your creations to dry and select a color of glaze. We will take them to our studio, finish them up and return them to you fresh from the kiln and ready to last a lifetime.
